This 70-ton well car class was first built in 1916 and was in active service through the end of the Pennsylvania era. This model is built from the PRR S.P.F. Design's etched brass kit with added laser-cut wood well floor and end decks, and color-matched Micro-Trains® Crown trucks fitted with Fox Valley metal wheelsets. Brakewheel staffs are askew according to photos of the prototype. Made in U.S.A.
