This car carried a commemorative scheme based on the Pennsylvania Railroad, along with a four-color photographic cameo on the right side featuring a close-up on one of the majestic eagles guarding Pennsylvania Station in Manhattan. The car is painted Pennsy red oxide with the roof masked in silver, and is the only car in the series to feature a roofwalk. The ladder stirrups are molded in red oxide to match the body. The consolidated stencil is printed in black and white. All other lettering on the sides and ends is printed in white and yellow. Made in U.S.A.
