X65 ROLLABILITY -- a quick fix if your X65 is not free-rolling
Monday, April 2, 2018 11:23 pm

X65 ROLLABILITY -- It has come to our attention that some of the models in our premiere X65 release do not roll as freely as expected.  We have a separate screw producer provide coupler box screws to our main contractor.  It appears the tolerance of the screw head is greater than expected in some cases, resulting in the outer axle touching the screw head.  The quick fix is to remove the screw and swipe over the head with a file.  Not much filing is needed to provide proper clearance, and the slot head is deep enough to withstand some removal of the screw head.  Unfortunately, this situation did not present itself when the pre-production samples were assembled for review, and we apologize for the inconvenience.  We will secure another screw provider moving forward for our X-series product lines to prevent a repeat occurrence on subsequent releases.
